Peer Review Process
Jurnal Pengabdian Rinovasi implements a double-blind peer review process to ensure objectivity, scientific quality, and publication integrity. Every submitted manuscript will undergo the following stages:
- Initial Screening by the Editor
The editor conducts a preliminary evaluation to ensure that the manuscript aligns with the journal’s aims and scope, meets writing completeness requirements, and complies with the author guidelines. Manuscripts that do not meet these criteria may be rejected at this stage. - Reviewer Assignment
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to at least two independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the article’s field. The identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential. - Review Process
Reviewers evaluate the scientific quality of the manuscript based on originality, methodology, clarity of analysis, and contribution to the field of study. Reviewers then provide recommendations: accept, minor revision, major revision, or reject. - Editorial Decision
The editor makes a decision based on the reviewers’ recommendations. If necessary, the editor may request additional reviews or further revisions from the authors. - Revision and Final Decision
Authors are required to respond to reviewers’ comments and submit a revised manuscript. The final decision rests with the Editor.
This journal upholds the principles of confidentiality, objectivity, and publication ethics, and follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) throughout the peer review process.
